Website Rules
There aren't too many rules, but they are expected to be followed. They are listed below. They will be updated as need be.
1. Roleplay Rules
1A. Godmodding, Meta-gaming, etc. is prohibited. Like most roleplays, this is for everyone else to enjoy as well. This tends to drive people away from threads, people, and sometimes even sites altogether. Please don't do it.
1B. Harassing others is also not wanted.
1C. Spamming, whether it be in posts, or private messages, will get you banned if done excessively.
1D. Intentionally irritating others will result in the same fate if excessive.
1E. Respect others and the staff. Our word on a situation goes.
1F. Post in the right section. Please.
1G. If you're going to use pictures for signatures, please keep them reasonably small.
1H. Racial or offensive slurs will result in temporary or permanent ban.
This is most likely not the full extent of the rules, more will be added when seen fit.
2. Out of Character Rules
2A. Once again, Respect other posters.
2B. Post in the right section, if there is not one, feel free to make one.
This is most likely not the full extent of the rules, more will be added when seen fit.
3. Combat Procedure
Time for the best part, the combat. This site follows a fairly unique style of fighting. Battles between players must be confirmed by an admin, who then decides who gets the first attack. A battle normally consists of two participants, fighting in a 7 x 7 area of battle, each square, from left to right, top to bottom, numbered 1-49.
PREPARE STEP
------------
This step is used to ready yourself, should you be knocked down, given a serious injury (more on that below), etc. If knocked down, you may get up, If stunned, you may do damage to the stun and possibly break free, treat an injury, or be healed.
MOVEMENT STEP 1
---------------
This step is used to move farther or get closer to your enemy, allowing you to move up to 3 spaces, unless a skill or technique specifies otherwise.
ATTACK STEP
-----------
This step is classified with multiple parts;

ATTACK STEP
-----------
This step is classified with multiple parts;
- Attack Phase
- Kidō Phase
- Resolve Phase
The Attack Phase is the primary phase most will be using to attack. This includes Physical attacks, Zanpakutō Techniques, Quincy attacks, etc. This is the primary phase that damage will be done in.
The Kidō Phase is where all other damage will be done. This section includes Cero, Bakudō, and Hadō. This section does NOT include ranged techniques.
The Resolve Phase is where any "status effect" is going to take place, whether it be ice, poison, or even just injuries.
Each basic zanpakuto swing does 3 damage, and scales with ability level. Techniques, custom Cero, Bakudō, and Hadō have no limited amount, but must be approved by an admin before use.
Each combatant, if a spiritual being, starts off with 100 spiritual energy, which again, scales with ability level.
Once Shikai, Bankai, Resurrección, etc. have been obtained, spiritual energy will get a slight buff, once again, scaling with ability level.
Examples of everything here will be shown in a combat example.
MOVEMENT STEP 2
---------------------
Much like the first Movement Step, the combatant is allowed 6 spaces here if they did not move AND made an attack, or the remainder of their previous spaces they had from the last Movement Step.
END STEP
-----------
The combatant simply ends their turn, granting the next combatant a turn.

ABILITY LEVELS
------------------
------------------
Ability Levels can depend on one of two things, depending on what you prefer. You can either A, fight an Admin-Controlled, selected enemy, or post a certain number of times to achieve the next rank. Fighting an enemy grants extra bonuses, such as extra ability slots per rank-up, as well as more granted spiritual energy. Amounts are decided by admin based on performance.
D RANK
---------
The most basic rank. This is the one everyone starts with, regardless of race. This rank holds access to;
100 spiritual energy
2 Zanpakutō techniques
2 Hadō techniques
C RANK
---------
Shows some improvement from before, but still fairly low. With this, you can start to gain seats, although none become available quite yet. This rank holds access to;
+50 more spiritual energy
+ 1 more Zanpakutō technique
+ 1 more Hadō technique
Basic abilities for race granted
B RANK
--------
This rank is where you can start seating somewhere, depending on race. This rank holds access to;
+100 more spiritual energy
+ 1 more Zanpakutō technique
+ 1 more Hadō technique
Race seats granted (Soul Reaper; Low-ranked division seats, Arrancar; Low ranked espada seats, Hollow; Gillian)
A RANK
---------
This is practically perfection as far as accounts are concerned. It's quite a big jump from B to A rank. This rank holds access to;
+150 more spiritual energy
+7 more Zanpakutō techniques
+7 more Hadō techniques
High race seats granted (General, Vice-Captain, Captain seats, High ranked espada seats, Adjuchas)
Seats are purely optional, and do not need to be taken to receive the rank rewards.
As an additional way to gain spiritual energy and techniques, as well as other benefits, you can make a training post. A training post is a usually long post made, describing your character training. For learning a new technique alone, it requires a minimum of 200 words if D rank, 400 words if C rank, 800 words if B rank, and 1,600 words if A rank. Each person training with you that does NOT know the technique will divide the word count per person. Anyone willing to teach you the technique will reduce that count by %50 per person, for everyone learning it. (Ex. if you have 5 people learning an A Rank Technique with no one teaching, the word count would be reduced to a whopping 320 words per person. If someone is teaching the technique on top of that, it would reduce it to 160 words per person, for everyone to learn that technique.) A soul reaper's Hollowfication takes 2,000 words, with each person teaching it reducing that count by 5% of the original. Only one person can learn it in a group at a time. (Ex. if one person were to be teaching another, it would be 1,900 words left to type).
Again, this is not the set rules, there are bound to be multiple changes here and there.
